I learned the following Protection Prayer at Unity Church many years ago, and it has truly changed my life. At one point, I dreamed that "bad guys" were chasing me and I had no defense besides the prayer, so I started reciting it at them, loudly and confidently. With this, they became powerless to harm me. It was as if a force field of light surrounded me. This is how it goes:
The light of God surrounds me
The love of God enfolds me
The power of God protects me
The presence of God watches over me
Wherever I am, God is, and all is well
